In the Week from 29.03 - 03.04 there was a RoboCup hosted in Magdeburg.

The WF Wolves played in the GermanOpen in two different leagues, the Mixed Reality and the Humanoids Kid Size. As Hosting Team we participated successfully in the MixedReality Competition. For the very first time a 7 vs. 7 Robot-Fight took place. The 5 attendants were the RT Lions (vice world champion from Reutlingen), Osna.Be (Osnabrück), NorthernStars (Kield), Bahia-MR (Brasil) and of course the Wolves form Ostfalia college. It was a thrilling and balanced tournament. RT Lions took 3rd place and Osna-Be did win the German Championship Title in the final. We congratulate them dearly. Despite of the lost final match the WF Wolves are satisfied and can look back on a successfully hosted tournament.

A big highlight of this event was the 11 vs. 11 Demonstration, in which for the first time at RoboCup Soccer twenty-two real Robots played against each other.

The attendance in the Humanoid Kidsize League pictured out as anticipated, the tournament was won by the current World Champion the Darmstadt Dribblers. The Fumanoiden from Berlin secured 2nd place.
